First, entrepreneurs must choose the location where it is close to their market, it called consumer. These locations can help the consumer to get their needs easily. They mustn’t spend more money for transportation costs.  Beside reducing the transportation costs, these location must be profitable for entrepreneurs too. Because they mustn’t search for more to get their customer.

Second, after locationing the market closer to their consumer, the location must places in the strategic locations too. It must be sure, if in that location there is one or more existing minimarket which is success before.  It make sure for the entrepreneurs that there are many consumer in there, who will be their next consumer  too. So there is a big chance for them to be success after opened their mart.

Strategic on locationing minimarket means that the access are flexible to reach. The consumer will be knowing and coming easily to that place, because there are many public transportations which can be used by them. The other characteristics of the strategic locations are when there is the only way (basic) to go to people dominant  activities, the way that have two directions and have a special way for pedestrians and the locations where have the shorter distance to another public facilities, like a hospitals, schools, mosques, etc. The locations in the residential or the top of the streets are will be the better alternative for choosing the alternative locations too.

The other important things for locationing the mini market are depends to the distances of their factory or their supplies (raw materials). The shorter distance to their suppliers can help the entrepreneur to distribute their needs. This reasons of this course can spend less time and less prices. This situation of course will be more profitable for entrepreneurs.

Following some reasons above will help entrepreneurs to choose their best location for minimarket. The one kind of businesses that is more popular now, because of its easy for buildand so profitable. So that makes many people likes to take the minimarket franchises.
